*Cycle days 1-14, start on the first day of your period. Pumpkin Seed/Flax Seed. Two truffles contain 1 tbsp each of ground flax and pumpkin seed to be consumed daily for cycle days 1- 14, follicular phase – estrogen boost. Flax and pumpkin seeds contain phytoestrogens - plant-derived compounds that structurally resemble estrogen and can bind to estrogen receptors in the body, helping to remove excess estrogen.

Two truffles contain 1 tbsp each of ground sesame and sunflower seeds to be consumed daily for cycle days 15 – 28, luteal phase - progesterone boost. Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, helping to support progesterone production. They also contain selenium, which may help support liver detoxification and is important for hormone metabolism. Sesame seeds contain zinc and selenium, which are believed to play a role in hormone balance.
