Join us for a 90 minute journey starting off with tasting our heart opening, award winning stone ground chocolate followed by sinking into the parasympathetic nervous system through a symphonic sound scape using multiple different instruments and frequencies.  We will move through different brainwave states to activate and experience different feelings within the body.  All you need is to bring yourself, a yoga mat blanket/pillow, eye mask if you wish and then lay back to receive the goodness.
