Our recipe for a hot cacao drink:

1oz cacao

8oz hot water

1tsp-1tbsp sweetener of your choice if you wish

Chop the cacao and place into mug.

Pour 4oz boiling water into the mug and let sit for 2 min. 

Whisk cacao + hot water into a paste, then add the rest of the boiling water and sweetener while continuing to whisk.

Take a moment to feel the warmth of the cup you hold in your hands while inhaling the aromas.
