Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns. 

During the hot summer months it is to your discretion if you wish to risk ordering chocolates as they might melt during transit.

We do offer a cold pack shipping addition during June-Sept for an additional cost, and always recommend customers chose the fastest shipping option available.
